“Kaamos” (the blue hour) is a meteorological phenomena that occurs in North Finland during the winter, when the sun doesn´t rise for almost 3 months.
The soft little light that lasts for few minutes and the white of the snow dress the landscape with a fairy-tale blue shade.
The portrait is inspired to Ville Hermanni Valo from the amazing photos by Ville Juurikkala
This artwork is currently on display at Red Conception Gallery (Pursimiehenkatu 16, Helsinki) as part of the “Here We Are!” group exhibition (18.06.2017 – 06.10.2017)
